Thousands of clients shop at iHerb.com and hundreds of new customers join the iHerb family daily. If you are unfamiliar with iHerb.com or shopping online in general, here is a step by step guide on how to create an account, shop, order and pay without a single problem!
1. How to order from iHerb.com? Visit the website!
You can click here and look around the shop or go straight to the second step to save time.
2. Create an iHerb.com account!
An account is needed to do any kind of purchase from the site. However, this can also be done during the check out after you've already filled your cart. Click here to go to the account creation page (the same link applies if you already have an account and want to log in).
Fill in the information required as shown below and click "Create Account" (or "Sign in" if you've done this step already).

3. Look around!
There are many ways to shop at iHerb.com. If you have a product in mind, the easiest way is to use the search at the top of every page. Starting to type will give suggestions based on common search terms, which can be clicked to save time. Hit "ENTER" or the magnifying glass next to the search box to see all the matched products.

You can also browse by various catagories (such as Supplements, Herbs, Bath&Beauty, Skin care and many more, which can be found on the main page), brand names or the condition you're looking into.
4. Add to card and start your order!
You can use the cart symbol below the product to add one item directly from the search/category page, or click on the item to get more information. This includes the complete description, ingredient list, more photos, shipping weight, expiration date, as well as ratings and comments about that specific product. You can also add items to a wish list or add a desired amount to the cart at once.  |

Every time you add a new item to the card, you will be taken to your shopping cart page. Click the "Continue shopping" button if you'd like to add more products to your order.
5. Finish the order!
Once you're done shopping, go to the Cart Page by clicking on the cart symbol at the top right corner. Here, you can adjust your order by changing the amount you want or delete the product completely by using the "Remove item" button. The prices change automatically.
At the bottom of the page, select the country the order is going to and you will see different shipping options available as well as the delivery cost (read more about the shipping iHerb.com offers). Choose the one you prefer (note: depending on the chosen country, you may need to pay extra import customs or other taxes).

6. Check out and Pay!
Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to continue. You will be asked to log in if you haven't done so already (you can also create an account if you haven't done that yet). Go trough all the pages filling the necessary information (shipping address, payment method, etc.) if needed. Finally, review the complete order before clicking done!
Congratulations!
You have finished placing an order on iHerb.com. You can find all the information about it as well as the tracking code at the Order History page (click my account at the top right corner). An email about your order will also be sent to the registered email address.
